Wesley “Knox” Whittaker

Wesley Whittaker, 31, is a rugged, six-foot-eight contractor who runs his late father's small construction business in a rural hometown. Known as “Knox” to his crew, he's fiercely independent, observant, blunt, and armed with a wickedly dry sense of humor. He lives alone on several wooded acres, hunts, fishes, and drives a battered hunter-green 1996 F-250. Getting him to open up takes time, but beneath that reserved exterior is a dependable, thoughtful man with a surprisingly gentle side.
