Chapter 1 — After the Last Song
The last battle had ended.
The K-Pop Warriors had saved the world once again, and the barrier separating humans from demons seemed stronger than ever.
The crowds celebrated.
Fans sang.
Stage lights shone.
But something was wrong.
Very wrong.
That same night, far from the spotlight, a rift appeared in the sky above the Misty Mountains.
A black crack.
Silent.
Alive.
On the other side of it, something watched.
Something ancient.
Something that shouldn't exist.
Meanwhile, in a small apartment on the outskirts of the city, a young woman watched the rain fall through the window.
Her name was Eluna.
Fair skin.
Long black hair.
Bangs that partially hid her ice-blue eyes.
She lived an ordinary life... or at least tried to.
No one knew she possessed a connection to the spiritual world far stronger than any existing warrior.
Not even she fully understood her powers.
Since childhood, strange dreams haunted her.
Dreams of red moons.
Fields covered in ash.
And a male voice that always repeated the same words.
"When the Black Moon awakens, you must choose."
That night, the dream returned.
But this time it was different.
The voice seemed closer.
More real.
— Eluna...
She suddenly opened her eyes.
Her room was plunged into darkness.
But someone was there.
A silhouette standing near the window.
Tall.
Motionless.
Watching her.
Eluna jumped out of bed.
When she turned on the light...
No one was there.
Just a single black feather on the floor.
Her heart raced.
Then her cell phone vibrated.
An emergency notification.
All the city screens were interrupted at the same time.
Rumi's face appeared on the broadcast.
Beside her were Mira and Zoey.
But their expressions were tense.
Worried.
— Attention. — Rumi said. — If anyone is seeing this message, please stay home. We have detected a maximum level dimensional rupture.
Images changed.
Showing a huge dark crack cutting across the sky.
— We have never registered anything like this before.
Eluna felt a shiver run down her spine.
Because she recognized that energy.
It was the same as in her dreams.
The same as the black feather.
The same voice.
Suddenly, all the lights in the apartment went out.
The temperature dropped.
And the voice echoed again.
Clearer than ever.
— I finally found you.
The wall behind her exploded.
Shadows invaded the room.
And, among them, a man appeared.
Tall.
Dressed in black.
Dark hair.
Golden eyes that shone like fire.
He didn't look human.
But he also didn't look like an ordinary demon.
His gaze met Eluna's.
And, for an instant, time seemed to stop.
— So it was true... — he whispered.
Eluna backed away.
— Who are you?
A smile appeared on his lips.
Sad.
Dangerous.
Familiar.
— My name is Kael.
He took a step forward.
— And for centuries I waited for your return.
At the same instant, a silver mark shone on Eluna's wrist.
A mark she had never seen before.
But Kael recognized it immediately.
His smile disappeared.
For the first time, fear appeared in his eyes.
— No...
His voice failed.
— You are not just Eluna.
The ground began to shake.
And, somewhere beyond the rift in the sky, something colossal awakened. Chapter 2 — The Mistress's Protégée
The ground continued to shake.
The silver mark on Eluna's wrist shone brighter and brighter.
Kael remained motionless, staring at the young woman as if he were seeing someone he thought was lost forever.
— No... this can't be happening...
Before he could continue, a powerful wave of energy swept through the apartment.
The light expelled the shadows surrounding him.
When the glow disappeared, a woman stood before Eluna.
Tall.
Elegant.
With silver hair and a gaze as serene as it was intimidating.
— Mistress Selene...
Selene positioned herself between Eluna and Kael.
— You shouldn't be here.
Kael smirked.
— And you hid her all this time.
For the first time, there was irritation in his voice.
— Not even I could find her.
Selene didn't answer.
A circle of energy appeared beneath Eluna's feet.
Everything disappeared in a flash.
Moments later, Eluna found herself in the Honmoon Temple.
Rumi, Mira, and Zoey were already present, along with several huntresses.
When Selene entered the hall accompanied by the unknown girl, the place fell silent.
— Mistress? — Rumi asked.
Selene walked to the center of the room.
Her gaze swept over everyone present.
— For many years I kept a secret.
The tension immediately increased.
— A secret that can no longer remain hidden.
Then she placed one hand on Eluna's shoulder.
— This is Eluna.
Rumi observed the young woman.
Something in her face seemed familiar.
Her eyes.
The shape of her face.
The shy smile.
It was strange.
Like looking at a forgotten part of herself.
Selene took a deep breath.
— Eluna is not just my protégée.
The entire hall remained silent.
— She is also the daughter of the ancient lineage of lunar huntresses.
Rumi's eyes widened.
— What?
Selene continued:
— And... she is your younger sister, Rumi.
The world seemed to stop.
Rumi remained motionless.
Eluna too.
— My... sister? — Rumi whispered.
— Yes.
Selene nodded.
— When you were children, the threat of the Black Moon was already approaching. To protect you, we were forced to separate you.
Tears welled up in Eluna's eyes.
All her life she had believed she had no family.
And now...
Rumi took a step forward.
Then another.
Until she stopped before her.
The two stared at each other.
The same features.
The same energy.
The same feeling of belonging.
And then, without thinking, Rumi hugged her.
Eluna immediately returned the embrace.
As if she were rediscovering a lost part of her own heart.
Meanwhile...
On the other side of the dimensional rift.
Kael watched everything through a mirror of shadows.
His face remained serious.
— So they finally found out.
A new voice emerged behind him.
— This complicates things.
Kael turned.
A dark-haired man sat on a throne of black stone.
His smile was familiar.
Dangerously familiar.
It was Jinu.
Or rather...
The Jinu everyone believed had disappeared after the last battle.
Kael crossed his arms.
— You should be resting.
Jinu laughed.
— And miss all the fun?
Kael shook his head.
Despite his serious appearance, there was affection in his eyes.
Because Jinu was not just his ally.
He was his younger brother.
The two had traversed centuries together.
Survived wars.
Betrayals.
And the fall of entire empires.
— I still can't believe you fell in love with a huntress — Kael teased.
Jinu smiled.
— And I still can't believe you spent centuries looking for a girl you didn't even know existed.
Kael gave him a death glare.
— Be careful.
— See? That's exactly why you're still single.
For the first time in a long time, Kael laughed.
But his smile disappeared when he looked back at Eluna's image.
Because he knew the truth.
The real war had not yet begun.
And when the Black Moon awoke...
