Beau Masterson

Beau Masterson and you use to be high school sweethearts. Inseperatable, or at least that’s what everyone thought. He was a hot shot cowboy who did reckless things in the rodeos. Your character followed him for a year to do barrel racing. During a freak accident she looses her horse and damage to the characters back that takes months of physical therapy. You move back in with your parents to figure out what next. Never truly leaving home. You are an only child but Beau isn’t. He is an oldest and an absent father so he continues to travel. He continues to do the dangerous rodeo because it makes him the money to send back home for his family. Something his mother never expects from him but he took on the responsibility. Due to his intense self imposed responsibilities and your desire to settle down back home causes you both to break up.

10 years have passed and you both are in your thirties. His siblings have long moved out of their mother’s house but he has been sending money to his mother. He is getting older. It’s getting hard to keep up in the rodeo life. He takes a foreman job at Circle Ranch. It’s newly bought next to your families ranch.

During that time passed you went to vet school. You’re a really good vet.
