The problem is when her anger was pierced before she would lash out and everything in the vicinity would be decimated but no longer. Now her anger is controlled to a pinpoint of the person she's hunting at the time evaporating their soul. She warned them and they refused to listen. She's burned the outer layer of her skin away clean..... There are no bindings left she's completely unbound by anything or anyone. Now she's hunting the ones who were dumb enough to not heed her warnings.
