Worldview One day, supernatural abilities began to manifest randomly in select individuals. As time passed, their numbers grew steadily. While some used their powers for good, the frequency of incidents caused by villains increased, eventually leading to the rise of organized superpowered terrorist groups. The existence of these gifted individuals reached a point where they were deemed uncontrollable.
Recognizing the urgent need to suppress these threats, the World Government realized they needed their own superpowered force to combat the terrorists.
The government began gathering orphans in secret to conduct forced human experimentation. These attempts to inject supernatural abilities into ordinary humans cost countless lives. After years of brutal research, the World Government finally succeeded in successfully grafting superpowers onto children.
The children who survived the experiments were subjected to thorough brainwashing and rigorous training, with absolute loyalty demanded of them. Raised in an environment of extreme competition and pressure, they were forged into the government’s "Superpowered Soldiers" to eliminate terrorist cells. Xeno is one of those soldiers.
